Can I provide my own tee?

Yes! Simply select *Provide own tee* in the Shirt Style Drop down fields and add the design to your cart. Then contact Sweet as Shuga as to where to mail/drop off your tees. Please know, when providing your own tee, it is at your own risk. Not all tees press the same or have the same quality outcome as the tees we provide. Sweet as Shuga is not responsible for replacing or refunding tees provided by the customer. Tees to be aware of: Walmart and Old Navy RED and BLACK colors. We are confident there are many more out there that do not perform to our standards so please be aware.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Sweet As Shuga accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and PayPal.  No orders will be processed until payment is made.  When checking out you will be sent to the paypal page for secured processing.  If you do not have a paypal account there is an option to enter your credit card information.

Is my personal information safe with SAS?

Sweet As Shuga considers the information you provide us strictly personal and confidential.  This information is for internal communication only and not for third party resale.  All credit card and Paypal information is encrypted during its transmission and stored on a secure server for processing.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Sweet As Shuga believes happy customers are the best advertisement! We are committed to offering quality products at reasonable prices.  Due to the personalized and customized nature of our products, these items are not returnable unless a valid mistake was made on our part or the item is a manufactured defect.  Please double check your shopping cart items for sizing, spelling, monogram order, etc. before checking out.  We cannot be responsible for incorrect items on the customer end.

Can I submit a custom design idea?

We love new ideas and new designs!  If you are in need of something customized, please email us at with your requests.

How do I create an account?

1. Simply click on the "My Account" tab at the top navigation bar and follow the instructions to create your account.

2. Go ahead and proceed with placing your order.  If you do not have account login information you will be prompted to create an account.

Either way you are good to go and ready to place your order with Sweet as Shuga!  Go ahead and get started!  We can't wait to get your order too you as soon as humanly possible! 🙂

How do I edit my account information?

Editing you account information is as easy as pie.  You simply click the "My Account" tab to access everything from billing and shipping address edits to changing your password.

You can also access the screen to edit your address, change your password, view your cart, and other account features by hovering your mouse over the "My Account" tab for a list of options.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order for any of our items by simply choosing the category you are looking for by hovering over the "Shop" button in the main navigation and clicking your desired category.

From there you can easily scroll through our list of products listed for that category and select the design that best fits your lil kiddo's personality.

Then select the shirt style, the color, the size, the font and fill in your child's name in the "Personalization" field.  Any additional instructions or comments can be included in the field just below the Personalization field.

If you wish you can up the quantity from this same product screen.


How long does shipment take?

  • Standard Orders

Due to the personalization requirements of our product line, we ship our orders 7-14 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Rush Orders

Sweet As Shuga understands there may be times when a rush order is needed.  We will do our very best to accommodate such requests.  From the date of the order, production time may be 1 day (for in stock items) up to 5 days (out of stock items).   There is a $10.00 rush order charge.  Items will be shipped via USPS.  The shipping selection is made at checkout.
